An NIH-funded postdoctoral position is available that will focus on investigating the signaling functions of retinoic acid during mouse embryonic development.

We are searching for a Postdoctoral Associate to explore the epigenetic mechanisms through which retinoic acid and nuclear receptor transcriptional coregulators control the early stages of organogenesis, including identification of direct target genes, enhancers/silencers, and pathways controlled by retinoic acid  The methods used will include CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, RNA-seq transcriptome analysis, and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP-seq).

Candidates should possess a Ph.D. with a strong background in molecular biology; expertise in mouse developmental biology is helpful but not required. Salary $62,400 with full benefits.
