The Exhibits and Poster Sessions will be held in HUB Ballroom. See map here.
All exhibits are table-tops, skirted, 12’ X 2’ tables. Assignment and floor plan will be available early June.

Please note that the Ballroom has hardwood floors and the University of Washington will charge for damage (scratches, dents) caused to the hardwood. Please DO NOT drag boxes, chairs, carts, equipment or objects on the floor!
There will not be direct shipping to the university. The drayage company is Triumph Expo & Events and their exhibitor packet will be available on Shipping Information page next week.
Each table-top exhibit registration includes one full registration for a named representative and it is not transferable. Additional representatives will need to register at the lower full member rate. Please complete a paper registration for each additional rep.
