The Colonnade Hotel
A limited number of rooms are available in The Colonnade Hotel SDB Overflow Block, at $289 per night. These rooms are available on a first come first served basis. Deadline for this discounted rate is July 8, 2019, 6 PM ET or whenever rooms are filled.
To modify the stay dates on the reservation page, select “Apply Changes” at the top right of the page. This will open up a drop-down menu with the option to change dates.
Hotel Cancellations: Cancellations must be made by 3 pm 24 hours prior to the day of scheduled arrival local hotel time. If you fail to arrive on your confirmed date, and you do not cancel the reservation, your ENTIRE reservation will be cancelled, and the credit card on file will be charged one nights room & tax.

group rate are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Deadline for group rate is July 4, 2019, 6 PM ET.

Room Sharing: Attendees who
wish to split charges amongst roommates and their respective credit
cards, should each give a method of payment when they check-in.
Marriott's system will automatically split the rate between all guests
in the room. Only one credit card can be used to make the room
reservation. If no additional method of payment is given upon check-in,
the booking credit card will be charged the entire bill.
