Meeting Registration

11th Structural Birth Defects Meeting

Note: We recommend using Firefox,  Google Chrome, or Internet Explorer to register for the meeting.  Some registrants have had problems with Safari.

The registration fee for all meeting registrants includes:

• Entry to all talks and workshops
  
• Entry to poster and exhibit sessions
• Coffee breaks
  
• Lunch both days
• Meeting materials
  

For NIH employees only: You must register online by checking the appropriate NIH category and pay with the NIH approved credit card.  For meals, you must complete the NIH meal form here and pay with your personal credit card.  Please consult your administrator should you have any questions.

Advanced, pre-meeting registration deadline is February 3, 2017 (11:59 pm Eastern Daylight Savings Time). Please be advised that attendance is limited to 120 participants, with priority given to grantees funded by the NIH Birth Defects Initiative and closed once attendance limit is reached, and this may be before the February 3 deadline.

All pre-meeting registrants will receive confirmation and receipt by email within three weeks after their registration is received and processed by SDB office.  Registrants must present the confirmation email/receipt at the meeting registration desk to redeem name badge and other meeting materials.

Meeting cancellation with partial refund must be requested in writing BEFORE March 3, by FAX (301) 634-7825 or email to [email protected], with “11th Structural Birth Defects Meeting Cancellation” as subject title.  A processing fee of $35 will be charged.

Online Registration
Online registration for credit card payments is open now. 

Paper Registration
Paper registration may be used for check and credit card payments.  Completed forms with credit card payments may be faxed to SDB office (301-634-7825). Click here for the paper registration form. DO NOT send paper form if registering online.
