A dedicated booking website has been created for the meeting.  Guests will be able to make, modify and cancel their hotel reservations online, as well as take advantage of any room upgrades, amenities or other services offered by the hotel.

Room Sharing: Attendees who wish to split charges amongst roommates and their respective credit cards, should each give a method of payment when they check-in.  Marriott's system will automatically split the rate between all guests in the room. Only one credit card can be used to make the room reservation.  If no additional method of payment is given upon check-in, the booking credit card will be charged the entire bill.

Hotel Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival.  If you fail to arrive on your confirmed date, and you do not cancel the reservation, your ENTIRE reservation will be cancelled, and the credit card on file will be charged one nights room & tax.
