The College of Science and Mathematics at Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a twelve-month, tenured faculty member meeting the requirements of full professor to serve as Chair of the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology beginning July 1, 2021.
The ideal candidate will have a distinguished record in a field that interfaces with the Department's research programs, and a strong history of extramural funding. The candidate should be responsive to, and advocate for the interests of a growing department comprised of a dedicated and diverse faculty serving a vibrant student body. They will demonstrate commitment to shared governance, collaborative decision-making, and the values of inquiry, fairness, and collegiality.
