Meeting Cancellation
Meeting registration cancellation with partial refund must be requested in writing BEFORE June 20, 2024, by email to sdb@sdbonline.org, with “SDB 83rd Annual Meeting cancellation” as subject title. A processing fee of $60 will be charged.
If the meeting pivots to a virtual meeting, registration fees will be applied toward registration for the virtual meeting.
If the meeting is cancelled, the full registration fee will be returned to each registrant.
Online Registration
SDB Members - SDB ID and password are required to register as a member.
JSDB Members - The email address associated with JSDB membership and the organization code "JSDB" are required to register as a member.
Individuals unable to register via credit card through the online portal, should contact SDB at sdb@sdbonline.org.
