Request to Download Thom Kaufman's FLY MORPH-O-GENESIS Movies
There are nine large (classroom version size) QuickTime movies of Thom
Kaufman's FLY MORPH-O-GENESIS. There's also a portable document file (pdf)
we built as an optional interface you may want to use with these QuickTime
movies. To play these movies in a classroom, you will need a "high end"
Macintosh or PC computer (200-300 MHz or greater) connected to a computer
projector or large monitor (800 X 600 or greater projector or monitor,
SVGA or XVGA, thousands or millions of colors). The machine you use will
need to have the QuickTime player (preferably Quicktime Pro) version 4
or greater, and the Acrobat Reader (version 4 or greater). You can get
the QuickTime player for free or you can purchase Quicktime Pro at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/;
you can get the free Adobe Acrobat reader at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html.
LICENSING AGREEMENT
The Society for Developmental Biology makes these
QuickTime movies of Thom Kaufman's FLY MORPH-O-GENESIS available for non-profit
educational use, only. The copyright and any intellectual property rights
for these movies are retained by Thomas Kaufman who gave the Society for
Developmental Biology permission to prepare these movies for distribution.
These movies are subject to the following licensing agreement. These movies
are for non-profit educational use, only. These movies remain the property
of the copyright holder, who retains all rights implicitly in copyright
laws and other rights to the movies not enumerated here for worldwide
use. These movies may be stored for future classroom use, provided they
remain unaltered with their visible watermark. All rights to reproduce
and distribute these movies are retained by the Society for Developmental
Biology and the copyright owner. By downloading these movies, you are
consenting to this licensing agreement.
