Research Associate Position Investigating Cardiac Morphogenesis, University of Mississippi

The Bloomekatz laboratory in the Department of Biology at the University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS is seeking a research associate to assist in our investigations of the fundamental mechanisms underlying cardiac morphogenesis and disease using zebrafish. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the research and publication process, from experimental design to data analysis and publication. Duties involve - conducting developmental/cell biological experiments, analyzing imaging and next-generation sequencing data, zebrafish husbandry, and training undergraduate laboratory members.
