A postdoctoral position is available in the Tootle Lab (www.tootlelab.com). The position entails ~80% research and ~20% teaching. Research will focus on prostaglandin regulation of actin – both within the cytoskeleton and in the nucleus. The teaching experience will entail designing an online development course for both master’s and Ph.D. candidates, and a journal club on related material for only the Ph.D. students.

Requirements: PhD in biological sciences and less than 3 years postdoctoral experience. Technical experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: molecular biology, basic protein biochemistry, genetics, and microscopy.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
