A T32 NIH post-doctoral position is available in the Conway lab for highly motivated and talented applicants who are interested in growth, development and lung regeneration research.  Pulmonic fibrosis, alveolar epithelial injury and re-expression of developmental genes occurs in a number of important lung diseases; and we will examine whether targeting these pathways can provide novel therapeutic strategies. Applicants should have completed a Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D and first author publication(s) are preferred. Training in either genetics, molecular biology, cell biology, developmental biology or epigenetics is ideal. Expertise in mouse transgenics is highly beneficial.
